Where can I find the artifacts recorded during the session?
All documents and video recordings are stored natively in XPLAN. SuiteBox does not store any documents or video recordings. An adviser (only the adviser) can view documents and video recordings related to the client by navigating to the Notes section.

"An adviser (only the adviser) can view documents and video recordings related to the client by navigating to the Notes section" - does this mean that by default, the permissions to view the file note of the SuiteBox meeting are set to 'Private'?
The visibility settings are set to “shared with MY groups” with the XPLAN user who created the meeting being the owner of the file note.
For another user to view this file note they need to have at least 1 user group in common with the originating user to see the file note.
