When you are in a SuiteBox meeting room, you can access help by clicking on the `Live Help` icon on the bottom of the meeting room.

Suitebox is a webRTC software which means there is no installation required to conduct meetings and use it.

Suitebox attempts to dynamically negotiate firewall friendly ports, and private network firewall configurations are unlikely to cause issues.

However, with a high security firewall, such as those found in corporate environments, you may have to ask that your IT team open certain ports.

What are the minimum bandwidth requirements to run SuiteBox?

To run SuiteBox, you will need:

  1. An ADSL, VDSL, fibre optic, 3G or 4G connection.
  2. A connection that supports at least 1.0 Mbps download and upload speed.

You can test this now by clicking the following link:

Test my connection speed

This process may take up to two minutes, and the page may automatically refresh multiple times:

      3. A connection of suitable quality. A poor quality connection may cause issues with video or audio, and may prevent the display of documents. This may be caused by wireless interference, high network traffic, or an issue with your internet service  provider. You can test it here:

Test my connection quality

Your connection grade will be displayed after 30 seconds. We recommend a grade of B or better.

If your connection passes the speed and quality requirements, you're good to go. If not, you may encounter audio or video quality loss during your meeting.

By default, most browsers block pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen. Pop-ups must be allowed in your browser for SuiteBox to launch. Make sure you have not blocked pop- ups from your browser.

Here are some instructions for enabling pop-ups in Chrome:

Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, then select Settings.

Scroll Down and Click Show advanced settings.

In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.

Scroll down to the "Pop-ups" section, and click “Allowed”
